The medical examination is an important parameter in determining the health situation, health history and physical condition. In the Diabetes Prevention Program there are several ways to receive a patient according to their health situation, here we will learn what they are.

About the event
CHALLENGE 2, MEDICAL EXAM
In this challenge, you will learn how to evaluate a participant and manage documentation to find out if the patient qualifies for the Puerto Rico DPP program.
This is a team test the group assigns the roles for this test in a meeting that they will do for this challenge.
For this test they must assign a group leader, a rapporteur, a lookout, a facilitator and a prop.
- The Leader is in charge of managing the group and gives support as necessary to take the test.
- The Rapporteur will be the person in charge of registering all his colleagues in the registers. It depends on him that the data is delivered with quality and correct.
- The Watcher will be responsible for meeting this challenge before next Monday. It is up to him to meet the challenge on time. (Now you have 2 challenges remember)
- The facilitator will be in charge of encouraging the others to complete the challenge at the same time knowing the content of each test to encourage and guide the others.
- The Utilero will be the producer of the second part of the challenge that will be physical, where they will weigh and measure their height to determine the Body Mass Index, he will also do the waist-hip test.
IMPORTANT:
AT THE MOMENT CHALLENGE 1 HAS NOT ENDED, YOU MUST BE PENDING AS A TEAM TO FINISH IT. THEN ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 14, 2018 WE WILL BE PUBLISHING MORE INFORMATION ON CHALLENGE 2.

FOR EACH GROUP'S CHALLENGE: CHALLENGE 1 IS FOR FRIDAY, MARCH 16, 2018. CHALLENGE 2 MUST BE COMPLETED BY MONDAY, MARCH 18, 2018.

2) At the bottom of the page you will find three posters in the section for participants only:

3) Press each poster to start the test.
This will be the model for screening the community together with other tests assigned later by the program.
